Rustenburg– The department of Community Safety and Transport Management in the North West continues its efforts to maintain a reduction of fatalities on the roads. Targeting the Bojanala District Municipality, officials have embarked on a joint law enforcement operation around Ledig in the Moses Kotane Local Municipality.
The operation is an extension of the combined Road Traffic Management and Road Safety Management campaign which began in April ahead of the Easter long weekend. The campaign is a collaborative endeavour with South African Police Services (SAPS) and the Municipality Law Enforcement Officials to guarantee compliance by all road users.
