Mahikeng- The workshop continued in the Ngaka Modiri Molema and taxi operators representing seven (7) out of 14 taxi associations in the district embraced the workshop.
Drive4Life coordinated the workshop and it takes place annually during October Transport Month (OTM) to broaden taxi operators’ road safety skills and ensure that they abide by the rules of the road.
Taxi associations present were,
Bophirima long and local taxi associations (BOLLDTA), NOWETRA TAXI ASSOCIATION, Seweding Taxi Association (SETA), South African Taxi Association (SAATA), Thusano Madibogo Taxi Association (TMTA), Molopo Taxi Association (MTA), Ramogalo Taxi Association and Magogwe United Taxi Association (MMUTA)
The Bojanala District workshop will take place tomorrow, Friday 27 October 2023, whilst Dr Ruth Segomotsi Mompati will be on Friday 03 November 2023.
