A HEARTFELT MEMORIAL SERVICE FOR MS. REGINA DIMPE.
Mafikeng – Colleagues, family and friends were gathered to pay tribute to the late Ms. Regina Dimpe, who was attached to Transport Administration and Licensing. She was known for being a dedicated public servant, who left an incredible mark in the department.
As colleagues reflected on the memories they shared with her, they remembered how dedicated and committed she was to her work.
Ms. Simphiwe Sokhupa, and Ms. Lerato Segopolo fondly described her as “Supportive, Loving and Disciplined”, a testament to her exceptional character. Director for Transport Administration and Licensing, Mr. Subuel Mmono offered words of encouragement to her family, friends and colleagues. “We live in borrowed times,” he said. “It is essential to live life with purpose, love one another, forgive those who need forgiveness and strive for excellence in all we do.”
Mr. Mmono also emphasized the importance of good leadership, stating, “A leader must know their followers, lead by example and empower their team members.” His words served as a reminder to colleagues to strive for excellence in their work and to be exceptional leaders in their borrowed times.
Ms. Dimpe who served as an Accounting Clerk for over 20 years at Molopo Registering Authority, her untimely death was on the 3rd of September 2025, after a short illness. Her legacy will live on through the countless lives she touched during her tenure.
She will be laid to rest on Saturday, September 13th 2025 in Itsoseng.
