In a grand finale of athleticism and workplace wellness, the final NEWSRC has concluded with a marvelous display of skills, teamwork and commitment, The event held at De beer stadium, Northern Cape high, Kimberly boys high, Flamingo golf course and Kimberly high marked the best of week of electrifying competition amongst Community Safety and Transport Management employees and other departments from across the nation.
The tournament showcased a wide range of sports and recreational activities including Soccer, Tennis, Golf, Volleyball, Netball, Race running and walking.
The tournament ended with an award ceremony where all the champions received awards for their outstanding performance with trophies, medals, and sports kits.
Mr Koketso Ntwane from Metropolitan, the long-time NEWSRC sponsor, graced the ceremony, where he expressed his joy with words of gratitude.

The volleyball team retained their championship title by winning 3-0 against Public Works North West in the finals.
In the running and race walking, the participants performed satisfactory.
