Departmental Strategic Planning Session

Day One
The Extended Departmental Management Committee for Community Safety and Transport Management commenced with its two day strategic planning session for 2025- 30 planning cycle in mahikeng. The session that is facilitated by Chief Director for Corporate Services , Dr. Ntlhopeng Dikobe is used as a guiding tool to review departmental performance, challenges and determine how best to achieve the shared objectives in terms of providing better services to the people of North West Province.
The planning session also seeks to assess the current strategy and environment, to Identify the goals and objectives which are aligned towards the 7th Administration of the Government of National Unity (GNU) priorities.
The stakeholders that formed part of today’s presentation are; South African Police Service, Road Traffic Management Corporation, Statistics South Africa, Ngaka Modiri Molema District Town Planning Unit, Department of Transport and Department of Education.
