Bojanala District Year opening spiritual service

Rustenburg – The Department of Community Safety and Transport Management held the year opening spiritual service in Meriting, Bojanala District. Colleagues from different parts of the district came in numbers for spiritual upliftment as they look forward to a good working year.

Chaplain Maiketso Mothabeng gave a presentation on Marriage and Relationship Enrichment. His message was based on the scripture in Songs of Songs, giving advice on the importance of marriage as well as things to avoid or look out for in relationships . “Love must be maintained” he says, as he highlighted on three key phrases that echo peace in marriage, “I love you, I am sorry, and thank you.”

Officials also received the word of the day by the hosting Bishop Selloe who preached on a scripture found in Phillipians chapter 2: 5; “Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus.” Overall the word of the day was centred around the topic which gave guidance on how employees can make an impact both in their personal lives but most importantly the workplace.

The service was organized by the departmental Integrated Employee Health and Wellness program.
