Conditions of Service Workshop

WOLMARANSTAD- Human Resource Management is currrently held a Conditions of Service workshop (Cos) at Maquassi Hills Municipality.

The intention of HRM presenting Conditions of Service to employees is to inform and educate employees of their responsibilities and ensures that they comply with labour laws.

“Employees are workshoped to ensure that they are familiar with the Conditions of employment, and the benefits within the public sector. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of HRM to set clear expectations for employment” says Ms Lebogang Mophulane.

The information sharing session serves to keep employees knowledgeable on classification of leaves such as annual, sick, maternity, family responsibility, study, etc.

The presentation includes detailed information about Government Employees Pension Fund ( GEPF), Funeral benefits, Government Employee Medical Scheme, Housing allowance,and Long Service Awards.
