As a department we are expected to promote community and road safety, exercise civilian oversight on police coordinate public transport, these form the broader core mandates of the Community Safety and Transport Management Department, however today’s meeting focused primarily on the review of the third quarter.
Dr Ntlhopeng Dikobe Chief Director Corporate Services as the facilitator officially opened the session, outlined the purpose of the gathering and highlighted the importance of the day’s meeting
Programme managers brought forward challenges they encounter and shared how they are planning on tackling them.
Director Budget Ms. Leagiso Motshumi during her presentation advised programmes to avoid waiting for final hours of financial year to utilise their allocated budget.
The meeting was fruitful, the attendees gave full participation , achieving the purpose of the day.
