The Extended Departmental Management Committee (EDMC) held an informative session on procedural matters for the 2024/2025 Second Quarter Performance Review Session today in Ngaka Modiri Molema District chaired by .Chief Director for Corporate Services, Dr. Ntlhopeng Dikobe.

The Head of Department for Community Safety and Transport Management Dr. Hans Kekana, extended a warm welcome to all Chief Directorates and acknowledged their dedication and expertise. He stressed the significance of collective participation to achieve a productive session characterized by improved engagement and substantial departmental benefits. Dr. Kekana reaffirmed his commitment in fostering a collaborative environment in his address to the officials. “I must acknowledge and agree that there has been improvements but we don’t want to experience regression as department. I’m wishing you a fruitful and succesful meeting, all of us here have a potential, lets us all take part and come up with a refined product.” concluded the hod.

The EDMC is the departmental platform utilized to review, gauge and map up the performance and way forward of the Department on quarterly basis.
