DEPARTMENT OF CIVIL PROTECTION AND TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT


The Department of Civil and Transport Security has been given the responsibility of monitoring and predicting police systems, coordinating anti-drinking systems, educating road users about safety on the road and using the rules and regulations of the intersection.
In achieving the responsibilities mentioned above, the Department has established a complaints department, which is responsible for receiving the following complaints:
the informal system of the police station
the disconnection between the police and the people
not properly investigated or an unsatisfactory search of the registers, and which is not legal
inadequate or unsatisfactory conditions of police services/facilities

refusing to take or accept cases
excessive delay or failure to arrive at the scene of the accident or accident
Use of violence at home or in the family
The Department is not authorized to investigate the following complaints:


INDEPENDENT POLICE INVESTIGATIVE DIRECTORATE

-has difficulties in investigating complaints such as the death of prisoners at the hands of the police as well as acts of corruption in the police force.


PUBLIC PROTECTOR

– he has difficulties in investigating the crooked system, the negligent use of powers, the lack of trust and the illegal enrichment of government officials or government-related institutions.


HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION

– has the ability to investigate all complaints related to civil rights, as well as violations of human rights.


COMMISSION FOR GENDER EQUALITY

– examines all issues related to gender equality
How we will help with your complaint:
The officers of the department will investigate your complaint or the police commissioner in the province will be asked to investigate. The complainant will be informed every month about the progress of the investigation.
