MEC MORWENG CONVEYS HIS CONDOLENCES TO THE MAGOBE FAMILY

The MEC for Community Safety and Transport Management Wessels Morweng conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the colleagues and family of the late Thabo Kenneth Magobe, who was attached to Road Traffic Management.

Mogobe died in his sleep last Saturday after knocking off from his shift at 15h00.

He started working for the Department in 2012 after his graduation from the traffic college and joined the traffic intervention Unit, then known as Jaws.

MEC Morweng said the untimely loss of one member within the law enforcement fraternity is a loss to the department, more so that he was one of our law enforcement officers who were making sure that those who are on the wrong side of the law are dealt with.”

Officer Magobe was a dedicated member of more than 10 years’ experience, died with his boots on and we will be doing injustice by not continuing where he left off as he died after honouring his shift, ‘’said MEC Morweng.

Magobe will be laid to rest at Madibogo Village on the 27/07 /2024.

May his soul rest in peace.
