STRATEGIC PLAN TARGETS TO TURN NTI AROUND

At the centre of its current strategic planning session the management, Labour unions and stakeholders focused their discussions on turning the North-West Transport Investment (NTI) around.

Let by the Acting Chief Executive Officer (ACEO), Dr Ntlhopeng Dikobe, the process defines the entity’s long-term mission and set its direction by establishing goals, priorities and actions needed to restore the entity to profitability.

As part of presentations, labour unions shared their views and reflected on worker challenges, including delayed or non payment of salaries, outstanding provident funds, UIF and reinstatement of employee’s medical aid.

The session is also attended by officials from both the North West Department of Community Safety and Transport Management and Gauteng Department of Roads and Transport.
