THREE LIVES LOST IN AN EARLY ACCIDENT IN MAHIKENG
MAHIKENG, Three people, two men and one woman died in an accident at 03:00 in Mafikeng CBD. They were allegedly travelling from a well known nightclub in Riviera Park outside Mahikeng. According to preliminary investigation, there were about 18 passengers including a driver in a light delivery vehicle.
The vehicle allegedly lost control before hitting a tree.
The MEC for the North West Department of Community Safety and Transport Management, Wessels Morweng is saddned by the loss of life’s and have conveyed his condolences to the families of those who lost their lifes. He also cautioned those who drink and drive and called on other drivers to act responsibly at all times.
