Risk and Integrity Management unit for the Department of Community Safety and Transport Management continues with a compulsory Ethics in public service online course training which commenced on 20th February 2024. The departmental Traffic officers received their training today in Mahikeng.
The aim of the training is to inform and enhance ethical culture within the department. The training is currently held
in Ngaka Modiri Molema district.
This comes as a directive by the Minister of Public Service and Administration that all public servants should enroll for a compulsory online Ethics course offered by the national school of government. This is to give effect of the requirement of the Constitution of South Africa which emphasizes the importance of maintaining and promoting a high standard of professional ethics in public administration .
